Due to the nature of our detailing services, which involve labor, materials, and scheduling commitments, MirrorImage-Detailing.com generally does not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

Pre-Service Refunds: If a service appointment is cancelled in accordance with our "Cancellations and Rescheduling" policy and payment has been made in advance, a full or partial refund (minus any applicable cancellation fees) may be issued.

Service Satisfaction: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please refer to our "Service Guarantees and Limitations" section found in our Terms and Conditions Policy. We will work diligently to address your concerns through re-service or other appropriate remedies, but this typically does not involve a monetary refund for completed work.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding services or payments should be brought to our attention within 24-hours of service completion. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of MirrorImage-Detailing.com.
